Making a booking

A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or from our booking system. All rates are quoted and charged in GBP.

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the booking and for all guests staying.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits and any security deposit or damage cover are set out at the time of booking in our booking system.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on each property page and confirmed in your arrival information. Earlier or later times may be possible by arrangement, subject to availability.

Occupancy and use

The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our properties.

Guests are asked to treat the property and neighbours with consideration, and to report any damage or maintenance issue promptly.

Extensions and longer stays

Extensions are subject to availability and may be quoted at a different rate. Extended-stay terms are confirmed in writing at the point of booking.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
