Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and changes to a confirmed booking are handled. An enquiry is not a booking: nothing is reserved until we confirm your stay in writing, and this website takes no payments or card details.
Cancellation by the guest
The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are the terms set out in the written confirmation we send you when your stay is confirmed.
The notice period and any refund that applies to your stay are shown in your written booking confirmation.
Changes to dates
Requests to move dates are considered subject to availability and may result in a rate difference. Please contact us as early as possible.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking — for example because a property becomes unavailable or unsafe — we will offer suitable alternative accommodation where possible, or a refund of amounts paid for the affected nights.
Longer stays
Extended-stay and corporate bookings may be subject to separate notice periods agreed in writing at the time of booking.
How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing to our email address. We will acknowledge every cancellation in writing.
