Property summary
An entire four-storey townhouse in central Cambridge, spacious and generously furnished, with free parking on the premises and a rear garden with a deluxe outdoor dining set. It is decorated deliberately for comfort at scale, with corporate professionals, families and large groups in mind.
Five bedrooms are individually designed and themed across the upper floors, sleeping up to 16 guests across 11 beds, with two bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two each have a queen and a double bed, bedroom three has two double beds, and bedrooms four and five each have a double bed. The living room adds three sofa beds.
The sitting room doubles as a games lounge with a 55" smart TV, pool table, dart board, Wii and board games. The separate large dining lounge has a second 55" smart TV, a small library and a children's toy corner. The kitchen is fully fitted for real cooking for a full house.
Guests have access to the whole house except the housekeeping storage room and the garden shed, which remain locked. One free parking space is guaranteed per booking, with two further spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis; we can recommend nearby paid parking on request. Extra air mattresses can be arranged in advance for larger parties, subject to the additional guest charge.
